Victorian Room Box

Victorian Living Room Room Box
This is a room box that is an almost exact copy of a Victorian Living Room in my Father and Step Mothers house.
I started with just 5 plain boards that I made into a room box and then built the windows on and cut a hole for the door. The walls are painted in Benjamin Moore Less Brown and True Taupe. The flooring is Houseworks Walnut which I put 3 coats of polyurethane for the shine. The crown moulding and base boards are painted with a gloss white.
I wish I could take credit for the curtains but they are from a wonderful seller on Ebay - Chantilly Miniatures. The sofa was pink but I refinished it to the green that matches the original, same with the white table top. The photos on the side table are the actual photos. I just shrunk them down to size. Almost all of the art work is the same and it is the same genre if not. I made the blue and white balls out of clay, baked them, and put a coat of clear sealant on them. I used a light strip attached to the back with a small transformer to give the room light.

I put a water bottle in one of the photos so you can get an idea of the scale.
