My Mini Things

I was hooked on miniatures and doll houses after seeing a store full of tiny chairs, lights, and kits. It is also the perfect hobby for a Type A personality like me since there is so much planning and design that goes into building a doll house or a roombox. I prefer the Greenleaf kits because they remind me so much of the beautiful gingerbread houses all over New England. Full of charm and detail. Below are roomboxes and dollhouses that I have completed and current projects.

Finished Barn

Wildwood Barn Dollhouse

I am building the Wildwood Barn for my Daughter for Christmas. She loves horses and I thought this would be great for her. I am using Gorilla glue and my husband is nailing it for extra support. I am going to paint it red like the barn in one of her books that she loves.

This kit is also made for the Breyer Horses on the 1:12 scale.
